Boom Shankar are 100% committed to our customer service, we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We understand that buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit or suit. If for any reason you are unhappy with items in your order, simply return it to us within 28 days of purchase, in the condition you received it in (tags attached).

We have updated our returns process for an easier more efficient process for you.

To create a return you will need the PO Number that is located on your packing list (PLEASE NOTE ITS NOT THE SALES ORDER NUMBER ITS THE PO NUMBER LOCATED JUST BELOW THE SALES NUMBER THAT YOU NEED TO USE)

REFUNDS  

Boom Shankar offers a refund on full priced or faulty items only.

CREDIT NOTES 

Boom Shankar will create a credit note which will be valid for 3 years on sale items (depending on the individual returns policy) and items purchased with a discount code within 28 business days of purchase.

No refunds will be given on sale or discount code items.

EXCHANGES

Boom Shankar will offer exchanges on all items purchased online or in store. Items must be in original condition with tags.

Sale Item -  31% off or more

·        Full refund on faulty items only

·        No other returns accepted

·        Postage paid at customers expense unless the item is faulty

     

    POSTAGE FOR RETURNS

    Return postage on returns and exchanges for non faulty items will need to be covered by the customer, but if an item you have received is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly pay for the return and replacement postage. We can’t take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit so we strongly recommend returning your parcel with an Australia Post tracking number. Our Boom Shankar postage satchels are actually re-usable, which is great, simply follow the instructions on the satchel to re-use the bag. 

    PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM A BOOM SHANKAR STOCKIST

    If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. Boom Shankar cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased from a Boom Shankar stockist.
