The Fabric Story
Introducing the Cord Guru range: the Guru Pant and Guru Skirt in a fine wale, winter-weight 100% cotton cord.
The corduroy we chose for the Cord Guru range is narrow wale and 100% cotton, which means it's soft and light. Velvety to the touch and fluid in movement, it makes a gorgeous base for layering.
The styles
The Cord Guru range includes two classic Guru silhouettes in a brand new fabrication: The Guru Pant and the Guru Skirt, a full midi with beautiful bubble hem and detailed panelling. Both feature our signature stretch waistband and pockets at the front and back. They’re flattering, comfortable and in a range of colours that will fit perfectly into your winter wardrobe.

The Cord Guru range is for the woman whose day has a lot going on. Work, coffee dates, the school run, a dog walk, dinner out. She needs to feel comfortable sitting at her desk, have somewhere to put her keys while she’s out and about and still feel fabulous at dinner.
How to Wear It
This is the fun part of winter dressing! Start with a Bellissimo Tank or Bellissimo Long Sleeve as your base, then layer with a cosy knit for the weekends, a tailored denim jacket for a put-together look, and a quilted vest or jacket when the temperature really drops. Wear with with boots, sneakers or sandals, and on the really cold days, a pair of tights under the Cord Guru Skirt.
